1 kg Chicken Chops
4 potatoes cut into sticks
4 tomatoes cut into quarters
4 sweet green peppers, whole
1 onion, cut into quarters
3 garlics, whole
1 teaspoon tomato puree
½ teaspoon medium hot pepper puree
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon flaked chilli peppers
½ teaspoon oregano
50 ml sunflower oil
½ teaspoon ground rock salt
How to cook?
1- In a large bowl, combine the tomato puree, medium hot pepper pure, black pepper, chilli peppers, oregano, sunflower oil and salt to make a yummy tomato sauce.
2- Divide the sauce in two bowls, one bowl for chicken and the other for potatoes
3- Add chicken chops in the sauce and toss to coat well, then leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
4- Place the potatoes in the remaining sauce and turn until they are well coated.
5- Place the chicken chops in the baking dish spaced slightly apart.
6- Tuck potatoes, onions, green peppers, garlics and tomatoes around the chicken for extra flavour
7- Bake for 45 minutes.
9- Serve with green salad
